Let’s talk about TV mounting and Yelp for a moment.
Yelp has become the number one most reliable source for local consumer information about which businesses can be trusted and which ones you are best to stay away from.
It came out of nowhere and took many industries — restaurants, coffee shops, and home improvement companies like us, TV wall-mount installers — over by a storm (and, I might add, by surprise). For the first time in the history of civilization, the consumer has received a voice that is heard on the other end, loud and clear.
Some of our customers go on yelp to share with the world how their TV installation project went. If you are one of them, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We try hard. We always strive for more. We do everything we can to be a good provider of TV installation services in Toronto and GTA. To be a good neighbour.
And it’s not easy. Not only do we compete with other installers, but we also have to do a better job than the “big boys” like Best Buy.
And you know what… I think we do it pretty well.
Our customers’ reviews and positive ratings are a testament to the quality of our work.
And sometimes things don’t go as expected. When this happens, we get on top of it and do our best to rectify the situation and make it right by you, the customer.
We’ve done literally thousands of TV mounting installations in homes, condos, offices, churches, restaurants, training centres, and even improvisation theatres. Turns out, people find ways to use large-format LED TV sets in so many cool places.
It makes no difference to us if you have just one small TV to hang on the wall or 16 big ones, if you are a single mom or a large bank, we approach your TV installation project with the same care and diligence.
How do we stand apart from all the other home improvement companies? Simple: We answer our phones 9 AM to 9 PM every day, try as much as we can to give your a firm quote on the phone (which is not always possible, but we keep fining more and more ways to get the information from you to be able to estimate your project), and we set an appointment with you for a specific time (not a range stretching on for two thirds of the day, like other guys do.)
So, here’s a question for you: Do you yelp? And have you done a TV mounting project with us?
If so, please help us on yelp by submitting a review.
If there is anything at all that wasn’t to your liking, please call our office and give us a chance to make it right for you.
